Holly graduated from the University of British Columbia with a
Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. Holly is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the
BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian
Counselling & Psychotherapy Association, and a member of several professional associations,
including the Canadian Fertility & Andrology Association and the Association of Reproductive
Health Professionals.
Holly has been a Counsellor at BC Women's Hospital & Health Centre since 2004 in the
departments of Specialized Women's Health, Birthing, and Reproductive Endocrinology,
and is a member of the Best Births sub-committee. She also has a private practice in
Vancouver that focuses on reproductive health counselling for individuals and couples

Over the course of her counselling career, Holly has helped individuals, couples and groups
cope with the many challenges related to reproductive health (i.e., infertility, pregnancy loss,
postpartum depression, decision-making) and general mental health (i.e., depression, anxiety,
relationships, trauma). Holly is particularly interested in supporting those using assisted
reproduction and third-party reproduction to build their families. Holly helps individuals and
couples to optimize their fertility experience by enhancing their coping skills through the use of
psychotherapy and mind/body interventions.
